Refund policy


If you are not happy with the purchase on our website for any reasons, please read our Exchange and Refund policy below for further instructions:


- We have a 30-day exchange and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.

- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

- To start an exchange or refund, please use chat box or email us at contact@k-beauty4u.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting via chat box or email will not be accepted.


- To return your product, please follow the instructions and use the free return label that we sent to you via email, then drop off your package at any locations of the shipping carrier specified on the label (USPS or UPS).


Damages and issues
 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours with recorded video or picture proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Final step!

- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you the new item (this item will be the same type as the one you received, we do not exchange for different type of product) if you requested an exchange, or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if you requested the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- We do not refund shipping fee under any circumstances.

 

Lost package

In case the tracking number shows your package was delivered but you never received it, please send us an email or use chat box to notify us so that we can inspect the situation and decide whether the refund should be issued or send you a different package for the order. Also, if your order requires signature and tracking number shows that it was signed and delivered, we cannot issue refund in this case.
